A life coach is someone who is present and future-focused. Life coaching helps you set effective and measurable goals, take real action, find new ways to solve problems, and improve your overall life satisfaction. Life coaches also are trained to ask you deep, reflective questions to help you answer your own questions, thus creating more clarity and meaningful action. Life coaches do not diagnose nor treat (prescribe medication) mental disorders. Therapist work in that area. Think of a life coach as a guide to help you get back on track to personal fulfillment.
Yes I am certified. I have 7 certifications. They can be found here.
Yes, I am a trauma-informed life and success coach. This means I have been trained to work with specific trauma situations if it comes up for a client during our session. If I need to refer the client, I have a list of mental health professionals to choose from. I will not do deep trauma work, however, I do have tools I can use to address the trauma in the present.
I aim to transform lives by sharing the knowledge and tools to shift mindsets, align with purpose, and cultivate confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. Through my work as a coach, speaker, and writer, I am dedicated to creating a legacy of positive change, inspiring others to lead their lives with courage, clarity, and conviction, much like the leaders I’ve admired. My ultimate goal is to be a catalyst for transformation, proving that greatness is achievable for everyone, no matter their background or circumstances.
“I felt stuck, unaligned, and unsatisfied in my life before I got coaching.”
